How Reflector Lab Has Changed

In 2021, Reflector Lab was contracted to provide technical assistance for a large, federated network, and is now in our fourth year of partnership with this network.

An extra co-worker: Development work has shifted a lot, and frankly, is really tough right now. Demand for social services rise while social safety nets disappear, and nonprofits are left to figure out how to close an ever-increasing gap.

Technical assistance to nascent teams, new development staff, and organizations that are beginning to create structure and process for their development operations.
