At Reflector Lab, we believe it is the responsibility of organizations to center racial justice. Our services do not include DEI training, but we are happy to connect you with Black, Indigenous, or POC-led consultants specializing in racial justice and DEI. If your organization has established racial equity goals, Reflector Lab can help put those goals into practice through operational planning, system building, and execution.
